This cosy cottage is located in an enviable position in Lund, which is a small village with a traditional pub and restaurant within walking distance. This delightful part of Yorkshire is criss-crossed with fantastic walks and cycle opportunities. The Wolds Way is within easy reach and there are an abundance of National Trails and cycle routes, including those forming part of the Big Skies Bike Rides.

 

If you are looking for a day exploring the East Yorkshire coastline, whether you like to catch your breath looking out from the dramatic chalk cliffs at Flamborough Head, watching the wildlife at Bempton Cliffs, or going for an amble along the sandy beaches nearby, you are spoilt for choice.

 

Head 9 miles South to Beverley for a meander round the charming streets of this market town and visit the gothic Beverley Minster. A little further away to the West of Lund, is the beautiful historic City of York. York is renowned for its quirky cobbled streets and quaint bespoke shops set amongst medieval architecture and is packed with things to see and do.

The Old Brickworks and The Tailor's Workshop can be booked together and linked, there is a sound proofed door which can be unlocked from the lounge of The Old Brickworks with access to a bedroom in The Tailor's Workshop - please advise at time of booking if this is required
